System Update Notification
We’re excited to announce a scheduled system update on Wednesday, December 11th, starting at 17:00. This update will upgrade our CCQ environment and include a significant database system upgrade, which is expected to enhance application performance.

- Potential Instability: While we do not anticipate any downtime, you may notice brief periods of instability. To avoid disruptions, we recommend saving any important documents frequently while we work on the environment.

Title: EKS Node Ephemeral Storage Filled Leading to Network Communication Issues
Summary: An issue occurred where the ephemeral storage of an Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) node filled unexpectedly. This led to significant network communication problems, preventing pods from accessing external resources such as monitoring systems and Mongo database. The issue resulted in service downtime and degraded system performance for couple of hours.
Root cause: The root cause of the issue was an unexpected accumulation of data on the ephemeral storage of one EKS node. This was primarily driven by:
- Unanticipated growth in log files generated by [specific services or pods].
- Inefficient cleanup processes of temporary files and caches.
- Lack of ephemeral storage monitoring thresholds that could have alerted the team earlier about the storage saturation.

15.04.2024 User with read access can not open pdf attachments – Solved
Users with read access have problems to open attachments in Quality Manual published document. We are working on a fix and will be deployed as soon as possible.

We apologies for inconvenience. Emails should be working again. There was a mistake in DNS record for url5539.ccq.cloud which point to sendgrid.com instead sendgrid.net. All “broken” links should work again. It might take some time to propagate changes and some browsers could keep cache longer.

We recently moved the DNS for CCQ, and we have discovered an incident in the email-sending’s from CCQ. You do get the email-notifications but if it contains a link to a specific document – it does not work. We are working on a fix, and we aim to fix it during the day. Meanwhile you can always sign in and open the document within the system. We apologize the inconvenient it might occur.
